Pioneer Square is looking the cleanest I have seen it practically since I moved here 14 years ago, where did the city put all the homeless people

I couldn’t believe how clean everything looked when I was driving through yesterday, and quite noticeably nobody at the corner of 1st and yesler underneath the covered area
