Who’s (ironically) screaming at passerby’s and shouting out obscenities at anyone who dare glance in his general direction. Beware as it’s a nice night for a stroll. Folks seem to be keeping their distance, hopefully he doesn’t engage anyone – hasn’t thus far (beyond the yelling.).
