Greenlake walking etiquette?

Long time lurker first time caller- I have lived here for over a decade and frequent greenlake as a walking/running spot.

I’m so curious what everyone thinks about walking etiquette when it comes to greenlake. Do you walk the path like a highway? I.e., slow middle, clear divider? What about runners? What do you think about people who walk in a chain of 4/5? Bikers?

I’d be so curious so hear everyone’s thoughts on what’s normal and what’s not. Seems like there is a “dedicated” lane for walking, and biking, but I personally do not follow that and it seems as if other patrons of the lake don’t either.
