Title. I’ve never needed help before, but I had a few big bills and my emergency fund is pretty much gone. I just don’t know the process of going to a food bank at all and couldn’t understand some of the websites that were supposed to have info. I’m also a little embarrassed and anxious about going, if I’m being honest, so I really would like to know the process in advance. Do I need ID? Something to show my income/household size?
