I was in Seattle for a while and arrived there not knowing that the social culture would be very different from what I was used to. I was just wondering– when you travel to (or have moved to) the South, Northeast, Midwest, etc., do you find the way people behave and converse discordant? Do you like/dislike it? Do you find their expectations of you or their humor weird/confusing? Etc.
