Am I the only person getting really tired of these antisocial scumbags revving their modified engines/exhaust at any time of day or night? We have comprehensive laws (WAC-173-62-030) as well as Seattle noise ordinance which I’m pretty sure is even more restrictive for the city of Seattle.
The hell with us trying to get some sleep at 2:00AM on weekday but this sht cannot be good for the wildlife. I live in downtown and anytime one of these dumbfucks with modified exhaust revs their engine, it’s followed by waves of seagulls terrified squawks and who knows what other sound of frightened animal.
