I live near the library and every day my sleep is interrupted by this commercial garbage truck that comes at any time – 2/3/4/5/6 AM and also once every few days there is a continuous loud humming noise (somewhat like when a truck passes by) and it goes on for atleast an hour! I’m guessing it’s industrial or something but I haven’t slept properly in a while now because of this!
Other than white noise, can I do something about this?
