Today I was in a local Safeway and THREE dogs were in with their owners. I mentioned it to one of the employees and they said it’s ok, and furthermore, that this Safeway store no longer has the sign up at the front door prohibiting non-service dogs.
I kinda don’t believe that the county health rule changed. I’m betting Safeway just gave up on enforcing the rule (since they never did anyway).
