So it’s been an ongoing issue for my entire cul-de-sac where none of our trash gets picked up, I call to customer service at 8am, they tell me they will have the guys come out that day, and nobody comes. If it’s not garbage, it’s recycling. They didn’t collect garbage for over 2 weeks last time. I’m honestly getting so frustrated, nobody in customer service can give me a reason why and they even denied me asking for a probate/free month of service.
Are there any third-party services in Seattle that I can trust? Willing to pay a little more if they’re reliable. Also would love to know if anybody has had luck contacting SPU’s or WM’s CEO’s for things like this… I’m at a point where I’m gonna send them a LinkedIn message or something
