Any good hairstylists for fine, short hair?

Hello, I am posting on behalf of my mom.

My mom has “very fine hair and likes to have a pixie haircut” (her own words). We recently relocated back to the Bellevue area. Does anyone have recommendations on a good hairstylist who cuts short hair?
