Had to move on this quickly before Jimothy’s appearance fees got out of hand Our crews collected and disposed of 726 tons of trash from state highways in 2025, which may make Jimothy and friends rub their little paws in glee… but do you really want him crossing 4 lanes of traffic to get to it? NO. Plus, it’s gross to look at and bad for the environment. Alongside the Dept. of Ecology, we spend more than $17 million annually on litter removal, which isn’t exactly a cost-effective use of taxpayer dollars.
