I just watched a train stop at Columbian Way for a red light so 4 cars could cross MLK. Why, in a city full of engineers do we have light system this stupid? I feel like high schoolers could program a better system. The light literally flipped about 15 seconds before the train could have just gone through the light. Can’t we do better with just new programming?
