ICE working to open four new detention facilities with space for 5,500 detainees

“ICE plans to sign contracts for new detention facilities in its Seattle, Philadelphia, Miami and Denver jurisdictions that together would have the capacity to hold 5,500 detainees, according to a public solicitation document.”
