800 Alaska Way/ 815 Western Ave. Walked away from our car about 25 feet to scan the QR code, to pay for parking within 1 minute this guy was already inputting our license plate in his device to give us a ticket. We had planned to park and walk on the Bainbridge ferry. We scanned the code and we were looking up pricing and it was $100 for 4 hour and $158 for 10 hours (and no in between option). Within literally 2 mins of us deciding to not park here, this guy is already giving us a ticket. He was confrontational and made a comment that we had just grabbed our coffee (which we actually bought in South Park). He basically said we either pay on the spot or we get a ticket so we paid $32 and drove off. I saw a similar post here awhile back and just want others to be aware of this scam.
