In case you still haven’t voted in the 9th CD: Melissa Chaudhry is disingenuously listing her Stranger endorsement on her site as if it’s current. They endorsed her in 2024 & endorsed Kshama Sawant (as well as publishing a pretty rough anti-Chaudhry article) this year.

The Stranger quote and endorsement she lists on her website here are from the 2024 race, when she was the only progressive running against Adam Smith – not this year. The page has clearly been updated, since it references other 2026 endorsements. Between this & the controversies outlined in the article above, she seems like kind of a joke candidate, just noting it in case anyone else hasn’t voted yet & is deciding between her and Kshama.
