The entitled dog owners of Seattle hit again (Discovery Park this time)

I was walking today in Discovery, North Beach and came across this. Some entitled dog owner (probably) ripped off the “no dogs allowed” sign on the beach and threw it in a ditch. The sign is in the middle of a blackberry bush so it’s going to be hard to recover.
