Seattle dog owners suck

This bin ends up overflowing several times a year. There used to be another one a few blocks away that got removed because people kept treating it like this.

If the bin is full find another one so my block doesn’t smell like shit all the time! I’m sure the person who lives right above this can would appreciate it too.
