Lost a Siamese cat near Capitol Hill? Long haired, collar with what seems to be an AirTag on it, friendly, skinny. Gives off feminine vibes.

My parents have been feeding this kitty for the past 3 days. They’d bring it inside but they have 3 territorial kitties already! They’re going to see if they can catch it and check for a microchip. She slinks around as if she’s super hungry and scared but is also very vocal and friendly and allows herself to be pet. Could totally be an outdoor cat playing “stray” but she’s pretty skinny, so I wanted to put her out there!
