City of Seattle implemented a new campaign recently to provide free therapy to 13-24 year olds via Talkspace. Things are hard right now, take advantage of this service if you can. Even if you’re not in Seattle or out of that age range, it looks like talkspace works with most insurance companies to provide affordable therapy.
