Used to live in San Diego, and while “monsoon season” has been a thing, it seems like over the past 15 years it’s been getting worse and worse. Smoke aside, a lot of the time Seattle in the summer nowadays feels like how the Socal boosters used to describe LA and San Diego; warm but usually not oppressive, and not nearly as humid. So is Seattle and the rest of the PNW (at least west of the Cascades) now Murka’s best climate, at least during the summer?
