Generation buildout across the PNW

The draft plan calls for 11,000 megawatts of new generation capacity across four states in the Columbia River basin through 2032, including:
9,000 megawatts of renewable resources
5,000 megawatts of storage
2,100 megawatts of natural gas
Around 1,870 megawatts from energy efficiency and conservation
