for the past few months we’ve had a serial masturbator hanging around our townhome complex at night, usually 1-3 AM. usually he just walks through our complex in front of our door or loitering in the alley a bit, but about 1/3 of the time he ends up masturbating or peeing around our complex
we’re reluctant to confront him directly due to retaliation or similar, but have been unable to get a IRL response from the police. tried the non-emergency hotline a few times even uploading video evidence. culminating in calling 911 this week after a particularly long “stay” :/
anyone have any recs on how to handle this situation?
