Today Seattle’s hearing examiner dismissed an appeal that had been filed by the MLB Stadium Authority over the pending Greater Duwamish Manufacturing and Industrial Center Subarea Plan. Why is this important? The reason for dismissal was the recent SEPA reform bill that took effect last week.
