I’m part of a small documentary team in Los Angeles. We’re making a film about a well-known character in Seattle and we’ve found some footage we’d like to use from Foundation Nightclub’s youtube channel circa 2018. We are an ultra low-budget film but we have a little money put aside for licensing. One person mentioned it might be a guy named Schaffer?
