Anyone with the diarrhea lettuce sickness get meds w/o having to shart into a cup?

I’m on like day 4 or 5 of pissing chocolate rain out of my ass. It’s all of the symptoms of the cyclospora illness that’s been ripping assholes across the country for the past few months. I called a doctor hotline, but she said I would need to make an office visit to get tested for it. It sounds like it would involve multiple instances of squeezing some squirt into a cup. I’m not against that but for obvious reasons, I would prefer to leave the house as little as possible. (My toilet is here.)

Is the Washington State Department of Health requiring testing? On the r/Cyclospora subreddit, I saw someone mentioning some doctors are prescribing the needed antibiotics if your symptoms match. This was in other states, though. Has anyone here gotten prescribed meds without having to get tested or even make an office visit?
