Looking for a house to rent!

Planning to move back to Washington this fall and are currently looking for a house to rent in the greater Seattle/Eastside area.

We’re pretty flexible on location and are considering places like North Bend, Snoqualmie, Sammamish, Bellevue, Mercer Island, Factoria, Columbia City, Shoreline, and surrounding areas.

Ideally, we’re looking for:

• 3 bedrooms
• At least 1.5 bathrooms
• Garage preferred, if possible
• Budget up to about $3,500/month (around 1,400sqf or more)
• November or December 2026 move-in
• Some flexibility on lease length — month-to-month, 6 months, or potentially 12 months if it’s the right place

A little about us: we’re two working professionals with great credit scores and no pets. We would, however, love to find a place where occasional visiting family members could bring their dogs or cats once or twice a year.

We’re especially interested in hearing about rentals that may not be widely listed yet, private landlords, or anyone who knows of a friend or family member with a property coming available.
