So for context this we live in the CD, new neighbors, small little tiny house complex but no touching walls. These new neighbors move in and they keep their small and aggressive dogs in the backyard that everyone has to walk past to get out of the complex. These dogs both yap but one of them is nonstop. This dog YAPS brother, I mean it goooooes on and on. It’s high pitched and when you walk past the fence it’s almost funny how hard this little thing tries to get at you.
I feel bad for the dog because it’s literally always out there but man oh man this thing yaps. The neighbors are very insular, offered to help them move furniture and am friendly and overall nice neighbor but they don’t want it. That’s fine, I mind my business. The other 3 townhouse dwellers we all know and are very amenable with and help each other.
Is there anything I can do about this? I’ve asked if they could bring them inside more often but they tell me it’s their backyard, so I have tried talking to them. I’d be happy to record the percentage of day via sound logging. I’m an engineer I’ll track data and whip up a ESP32 device to rock this dogs world.
