Lose a plushie at Pike Place?

Hi! I found a little plush cat sitting outside at the picnic tables all alone! I tried to bring it to the lost and found but the tour guide said that they didn’t take plushies. I brought it home with me for the time being, but if anyone knows who this plushie belongs to, feel free to send me a message! This little one is clearly well-loved, so I hope I can bring it back to its owner!
