Wanted to give a shout out to the guy that came up to me a little bit ago after a homeless man screamed at me and shoved me with my little dog. I was sitting there kind of in shock, especially that no one was even making eye contact. Even the security guards watched and walked away. You told me that while he’d left, he was waiting around the corner, and that I should leave/get somewhere safe. I was kind of panicked in the moment but appreciate you helping me- I’m safe at home now! Ironically that was the first time I’d left the house since starting my new anxiety meds.. thank you for your kindness in a sea of “bystander effect”
Edit; before everyone comes for me😭 born and raised in Seattle, have family that has been homeless/not hating on that group at all
