Mi La Cay Closing

Just found out today that Mi La Cay is closing next week, with 10/29 being their last day. This was a restaurant that I grew up eating at, and still do. I met the owner many times times and she was super nice. It was once a super busy restaurant filled with diners, but I think over time as the drug dealing situation worsened, fewer and fewer people stop by. I would go in the middle of lunch or dinner time and there would only be maybe 3 other tables seated. For some reason, I still hoped that it would be able to hang on, since it has been for the past 5-6 years. It just sucks seeing a bunch of the restaurants that I grew up eating at closing one by one.

Any ways, if anyone else also grew up eating at this restaurant, or just enjoys eating there, please support them in their final week!
