Seattle Freeze is only real for the people who believe it

Straight up met people born and raised and going back generations in the area and they were friendly, good pace, developed relationships…first year.

Of course, the therapists, social workers and random neighbors (who are also involved in the health care/mental health industry) demanded that its all “anxiety” and the “seattle freeze” after I confided one human emotion.
