One of many who is moving to Bellevue for work. Office in DT Bellevue, unit is in Phase 2 building which is updated and includes A/C. I have seen a lot of mixed reviews on elevator and trash issues.
In general need honest feedback from anyone living there now or within the last year, should I sign this lease or look elsewhere!! My other option is in Totem Lake and I am confident on that unit, but the pricing is actually lower for the unit at Main Street Flats and closer to work(can walk, no drive required)
