Hello! Were you the vehicle that my Uber driver rear-ended in Bellevue on 116 Ave NE on Nov 29, 2024 around 2:35-2:45 pm? Or did you see it? We were stopped at a red light. I was a passenger in a Toyota RAV4 Uber, which rear-ended what I recall being a silver Kia Telluride. Unfortunately, I was injured in this accident and the driver is apparently denying to Uber that this accident ever happened and I was too shell-shocked and unsure of what to do as a paying passenger to take photos of the other vehicle and the driver/passenger without their permission. The driver of my Uber was begging the other vehicle’s driver and passenger not to report this accident to insurance. If you were in that vehicle or otherwise witnessed the accident, I would appreciate you reaching out to me. I am from Canada and was in town just for the day so this is all challenging to navigate.
