Early this morning I was at the NE 8th intersection by the Bravern. I was stopped at a red with just a semi truck in front of me. Light turned green, I waited for the truck to go, then I was in the intersection while it was still green. The truck slows to almost a stop as it turns to go on the S 405 onramp. Meanwhile I’m now stuck in the intersection as it turns yellow, then red. Flashes go off, so I’m assuming I’ll get ticketed. If I do, can I reasonably expect it to get waived?
