Amazed at how some Seattle drivers blow through the uncontrolled intersections in Seattle without looking. Do they think that because they are moving they have the right of way? It’s yield to the right and first come first serve as far as I know. So if I’m on your right and got their first I have the right of way. If I’m on your left and got to the intersection first then I have the right of way. If we get there at the same time then the driver on the right has the right of way. Do I have this correct?
