I was on a run a couple hours ago in Ballard and rounded a corner to see this Lexus blasting away with what looked and sounded (with my noise cancelling headphones on) like a real gun at first. I took this video, called 911 immediately, and implored them to send officers and gave them the tag number and vehicle description. While I was on the line with 911, the car came back and did it again, about 20 shots at all the homeless people. It was awful. I got a call from an officer a few minutes later and she asked for the video which I uploaded to them. During the end of the convo with the officer she told me that she had attempted to stop the car but apparenty they drove off 🙄. When I said, why did you let them drive off, they’re shooting at innocent people out the window of their car, she told me that it was “just” a BB gun.
