🚨 Found lost dog: she has a collar and has been running in and out of Union Street between 14th Ave and 15th. Currently on the property next to 1130 14th Ave. Haven’t been able to reach anyone in Non-Emergency Line and Seattle Animal Control is closed for the day. She is skittish.
