Sound Transit’s claim that the “Affordable ST3” will get 92% of ST3’s additional riders is highly suspect, potentially misleading.
Sound Transit has stated in a few presentations that, despite the cuts, under Somer’s proposal Sound Transit will get to “92% of the estimated boardings from ST3” (see also here).
