164th Street – I-5 – Lynnwood Exit- Police Chase Ending in Driver Crashing in 2 Cars (Dashcam Footage)

As far as I could tell everyone who was hit by this guy seemed to be alright. Afterwards he got out and ran across the street, and I believe they had got him, but I’m not certain.
