1st & Virginia Police Activity?

Does anyone know whats going on at 1st & Virginia? It’s been increasing in intensity since about 11:30AM.

They’ve completely shut down the block btwn Virginia and Stewart and are re routing all vehicle traffic on 1st through the Market.
