520 Construction oversized load hit my car and didn’t stop, any advice?

Unsure next steps to take but just saw an oversized load hit my car and drive away on Boyer. Looked like it was heading to the 520 construction site. There was a flagger car behind who turned and looked and saw the damage but also didn’t stop. Knocked off my mirror and side panel a bit.

Wasn’t able to get the name of the company and no ring cameras nearby. Is it worth trying to contact the construction going on at Montlake or try and talk to someone? Another neighbor saw it happen and also didn’t get the company info.
