Do I need to be cautious as a single woman walking in downtown Bellevue between 6-10pm? Specifically around Earl’s Kitchen. A colleague heard I was going there with some friends and she suggested being careful, that it can be ‘dangerous’ but she didn’t get a chance to elaborate. Thoughts?
