SANCA is offering an Intro to Circus class for fall for adults, running Thursdays at 6pm starting on Sept 11th. It’s a great way to work on your fitness and test out different circus disciplines, including trampoline, tumbling, juggling, tightwire, rolling globe etc, in a judgement free environment. I’m currently the only one signed up for the class and currently struggle to pick up a jug of kitty litter so no judgement from me 😅
