I am considering moving to Bellevue and have been looking at affordable neighborhoods when I can buy a home. I am looking to keep commute times to under 45 minutes with Car. What is the price range I’m looking at if I want a suburban residential neighborhood that fits these parameters for a 3 Bedroom home?
