The City of Seattle is sponsoring Seattle Raccoon Proclamation & Art Competition at Bergen Place. The Art jury has chosen for first place a large oil rendition of Jimothy towering above Seattle’s skyline, and FOX 13 is interviewing the artist for the 5-o’clock news.
