Any antique clock enthusiasts know how to fix parts of an antique grandfather clock?

I work at one of the historic buildings in Seattle that has this gorgeous German grandfather clock from 1791 that we wind up each week. However, the top part about the time that has the rotating sun and moon apparently has not worked in a long time. It’s my favourite item in our lobby, so I thought I’d try asking if there’s anyone near Seattle that has fixed antique clocks before that might come take a look?

Unfortunately I do not think the company is looking to pay anyone to do this, I’m kinda just asking because I would love to see it working and thought maybe someone else that loved these old clocks might be willing to fix it out of interest. 😅

I can grab a better photo tomorrow, but it looks very similar to these (got the photos off google) except the door is solid instead of glass. It’s the sun/moon circle that doesn’t rotate with the time anymore.
