Any information about this missing person?

Does anyone have any information about this situation? To be completely honest, the whole thing seems kind of sus to me. There is hardly anything online about it, except for some weird Instagram post, and there is no mention of an open missing persons case/police report. It makes me wonder if this person is running from an abusive situation.
