I’ve had multiple packages stolen in the past two months. I’m 100% certain it’s someone who lives in my building because our packages are delivered to a locked dropbox. Management is no help (despite the security cameras in the lobby with a sign saying residents have access to footage smh) and says to file a police report. Has anyone had any success filing a police report for package theft? I am not very hopeful that it’d go anywhere lol.
It’s a massive pain in the asshole to have my cat’s litter stolen, request Amazon to resend it in 2 days, and then get the replacement stolen. I don’t have a car and I don’t have the physical ability to go pick heavier items that I get delivered (like my cat’s fucking litter). There’s an Amazon locker near me, but it’s almost always full so that’s not a reliable option.
