Wondering if there are any publically accessible areas like rooftops here in Bellevue, or other elevated or open spaces that are not far out/are bus accessible. I’m getting a telescope and I think getting up high would help with wider views and maybe a bit with light pollution from the streets. Possibly a long shot, but, worth asking, you never know. Anyone know of good vistas?
