Anybody find a chihuahua around first hill or capital hill tonight?

I saw a very distraught man looking for his lost chihuahua – he said it’s fawn colored and was calling a name like “Fabi” or “Bobby”. If you find that pup the man was walking around near ‘the victor’ apartments and piedmont cafe
